inverse_target_data index target_value penalty

Specifies the $target\_value$ (required value) and $penalty$ (penalty factor in least squares minimization) for the inverse_target record with the same index. A special format index lower_value higher_value penalty is available which allows for putting limits on targets; if the actual value is in between the lower_value and higher_value it considered to be ok; if the actual value is lower than lower_value than the lower value becomes the target value and is imposed with the $penalty$ factor; likewise for higher_value.
